MY STORY

A different way of leading begins with listening

I grew up an art, nature and magic loving kid but too quickly learned to squelch these parts of myself. Getting straight A’s will make you a great person, they said. Please others and work hard, they said. So I poured my life force into filling spreadsheets, overworking and caring for others. Overtime I almost completely disconnected from my sensitive nature. A pattern that I see in high functioning leaders.

Ulcerative colitis asked me to slow down. I was ignoring the signs of my body. Later I ended up in hospital with acute pancreatitis. My body was setting the boundaries that I overruled for many years.

I spent a decade traveling, learning and exploring.

I learned many healing modalities but something was still missing. It was my own voice. It was all about slowing down and learning to listen, to feel and being in the present moment. In time, guided by my intuition I cultivated my own protocol so that my sensitivity became my greatest source of power and true aliveness.

It has allowed me to feel drunk in love with writing. My first book is coming out soon. I lead my business from a place of peace and trust instead of anxiety and pushing forward.

Embracing my sensitivity makes me feel deeply connected with myself and others. The key to authentic leadership, creativity and visibility in my business.

I now walk alongside visionary leaders to slow down, anchor in their truth and build a legacy from deep energetic alignment.

“This is the work I now offer to visionary leaders who are ready to lead from alignment rather than force.”
